Helping You Find Steadiness Through Life's Changing Seasons

Are you feeling stressed, anxious, or overwhelmed by the demands of daily life? Are you a caregiver who feels emotionally and physically drained? Are you living with a chronic illness that has left you feeling tense, discouraged, or depressed? Perhaps you're facing a major life transition and are unsure of what comes next. Whatever has brought you here—whether it's a recent challenge or something you've been carrying for years—you don't have to face it alone. Together, we can identify your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and help you move toward greater balance, resilience, and emotional well-being. My goal is to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can heal, regain confidence, and begin enjoying life with renewed hope. I work with adults by building on their unique strengths and resilience as the foundation for growth and healing. My approach is tailored to each individual's needs and integrates evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness and relaxation techniques, and Motivational Interviewing. I have experience helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, caregiver stress, chronic illness, and major life transitions. You deserve to experience a calm, focused mind, a relaxed body, and a genuine sense of well-being. Because every person is unique, I tailor my approach to meet you where you are, providing a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can openly share your thoughts and feelings. Together, we can begin your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting emotional wellness.
